They were relying on the kiosk in the lobby to get the orders but no one taking orders. There were several couples waiting and trying to use the order kiosk which is not user friendly for people who are not familiar with it, needless to say we finally got through the wait after about 15 minutes, note no one ask if we needed help. It took another 5 minutes before our number was called. Go back to your original way of taking orders or hire more personnel. This place needs help bad... Absolutely the worst McDonalds I have EVER been too.. If u are going to start processing ur customers this way, u are going to lose buisness.

The workers was terribly rude and don’t even acknowledge me when i just needed condiments or missing items I had. Today 10/23/25 I ordered a large fry with a spicy mcrispy with a cheese burger. When I left to go eat it at work I was highly angry on what I received!! I had a chicken sandwhich with no SAUCE!! I had a cheeseburger also WITHOUT SAUCE!! The fries were terribly salty. I was very dissatisfied and angry because this is an ongoing thing with Greenville McDonald’s. 😡 I would not reccomend this McDonald’s to anyone. Terrible food and service.
