However, when my son picked up the order and got it home, we found that all three pizzas were prepared incorrectly. Two pizzas had the incorrect crust type, although the toppings were correct, and one pizza had the correct crust but was missing toppings. I reported the issue to the store and was offered a $15 credit. Considering the cost of each pizza, approximately $12, I found this offer to be insufficient. Additionally, I was asked to drive 30 minutes back to the store to collect a corrected order, resulting in a total of one hour of wasted driving time. Regrettably, this is not our first experience with incorrect orders from this establishment. Their apparent lack of concern for product quality is disappointing. Ensuring order accuracy should be a straightforward process, involving simply verifying the details before handing the order over to the customer. The fact that this has not happened suggests a failure in training and management, leading to poor customer service.
