Today me and my mother went in for the pizza buffet when we walked through the door there was only two pizzas on the buffet table expecting for them to be putting out more pretty quickly I was having a hard decision if we were going to sit down and try to enjoy the buffet after about 5 minutes after being seated I had to question about if there was more pizzas coming out I mean while the restaurant was extremely packed with people but nothing on anybody's plates hardly the only thing that had been there and this give you was directly at noon today so well into the lunch hour every time a single pizza after that came out people were jumping up left and right because there was nothing out there on top of that there was no standard pizzas the breadsticks were extremely dry until they brought out some more so they have been sitting there and there were several customers at the time of paying struggling with the fact that what they should even pay for because there was never really any food there except for some really off the wall pizzas and I heard several complaints the only benefit of today was that we only got charged for one but buffet instead of two after I talk to the waitress but as well as two drinks the salad bar was a mess there was people asking if there was going to be more lettuce put out there was multiple employees working but yet nobody working if you know what I mean. I used to work at this Pizza Hut as a morning cook for over 2 years and the old manager Miss Rhonda what's the best thing that pizza ever had this place is going downhill and I don't advise it for anybody until they can revamp their staff and become a better restaurant once again.

I would give zero stars if I could. After a long day at work, I decided to order pizza so I wouldn’t have to cook. I placed my order online—$50 worth—and went to pick it up about 30 minutes later. The drive-thru line was backed up, so I parked up front and walked inside. There was a family waiting to be seated, so I stood behind them. Once they were seated, I stepped up to the counter. Two men came in behind me and walked right past me to the counter. Instead of asking them to wait, the employee helped them first and ignored me. One of the men even turned and asked if they had cut in front of me. I told him it was okay, assuming the employee would then assist me—but she didn’t. She then helped the family that had just been seated and took their drink order. When she finally spoke to me, she only asked if I was dining in. I told her no, that I was there to pick up an online order. Then another customer walked in, asked if I had been helped, and I explained that the employee told me to hold on. But even after that, the person who walked in was helped before me as well. At this point, I was getting increasingly frustrated. The original employee never asked for my name or attempted to fix the situation. She continued to ignore me, helping more customers—including a dine-in family paying separately and a DoorDash driver—cleaning tables, and then disappearing into the back without returning. Eventually, I had to ask someone working the drive-thru to get my pizza so I could finally leave. Four employees were working, and not one intervened or offered so much as an apology or discount. If this is how customers are treated, the staff needs serious customer service retraining. This is the second time I’ve had an issue at this Pizza Hut, and I will not be returning.
