Sometimes when you go to the Golden Arches, you may need to bring a calendar. You may wait at the front register 7 to 10 minutes wondering if anyone is home. But when they do come out from the kitchen area, things fall into place and the food is good and the coffee is superb.

On 12/19/2025 at aprox.8pm I went inside to place order and the cashier didn't comprehend my simple order and was extremely rude,disrespectful, and dismissive so I took my business elsewhere

I go because my wife wants to, 99 percent of the time the food is cold and old the quality is horrible.in food in general you sure can tell McDonald's has cut way to many corners sometimes the wait is horrible I understand rush hours yet if you have to wait that long at least it should be fresh and warm yet its not unless you go back inside after wait in line to wait again. I must say there's a young man who said he normally worked the enterprise store i talk to about the problems he seems to care and looked like he was trying to get the people to communicate better

So tired of them getting my order wrong. It's not rocket science. Check that the order is right before handing the customer their food. 🙄
