- MRMichael ReganOct 4, 20251.0I go because my wife wants to, 99 percent of the time the food is cold and old the quality is horrible.in food in general you sure can tell McDonald's has cut way to many corners sometimes the wait is horrible I understand rush hours yet if you have to wait that long at least it should be fresh and warm yet its not unless you go back inside after wait in line to wait again. I must say there's a young man who said he normally worked the enterprise store i talk to about the problems he seems to care and looked like he was trying to get the people to communicate better
