    Inept is a good word for this place and staff. 25 minutes wait on food, takes 10 minutes to get a refill due to taking away self serve. Every table is covered in crumbs and sticky, bathrooms smells like Godzilla blew is up but staff doesn't care. Go elsewhere

    This place is awful they can never get an order right. They also wait till you walk in after making a mobile order to even begin making the food. The employees are rude and are most of the time are walking around the lobby eating rather than cleaning or doing their jobs.

    They never work the double drive thru properly. I get skipped 9 times out of 10 for someone who just pulled up after I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes. Once they came on and asked me to wait a moment, okay fine. But then someone pulled up at the other speaker and they instantly came on to take the other cars order. If I'm getting skipped almost every time I go, then that tells me it has to be a very regular thing for everyone. The wait is always wayyy too long. And it's twice as long if you go inside. Half the time a pull up to the window, they staff is looking at or talking on their phones. Or they are all yelling and joking very loudly. Im all for work morale, but it seems like they care more about having fun than they do the customers. I don't know if it's ownership or management, but either way, something needs to change. Big time.

    Stopped here only because it was the only place open after driving for 5 hours to get home. Two cars in the drive thru, and me at the counter. Placed an order for three. There were more people on the clock than I have seen in a fast food place since before Covid, and I still waited for almost 10 minutes, only to get home and my food wasn't in the bag.
