  Good service, good atmosphere, but if you are gonna put extra salt on my burger, do it right. Its easy to tell that instead of making my food fresh, you took a patty that had been sitting there to save time (there was no one in the drivethrough and i got out within 2 minute) and just slabbed salt all over it. Unnacceptable, im not even going to attempt to eat this. I come here often, usually the food is good, but too many times you guys don't give customers fresh food. I cant find where to submit a picture so i wont bother. Picture opening your wrapper to see the top of the bun covered in salt. Extra salt does not mean put so much salt on a burger it could dehydrate a rhino. It means cook it fresh, like when you season a burger- how you are supposed to. Ive worked in multiple fast food resturaunts, this one is the least excusable.

  Ever time I go there they get my food rong and the manger is always yelling at the CO workings I thank her name is Hannah

  Well, tonight as of 12/18/2025 I have received my most pitiful fast-food meal yet. Whoever your night shift for this night clearly does not follow protocol. It's not hard to make sure chicken doesn't sit around long enough to get stale, or two make meat hot and ready, not sitting and waiting for when eventually a single individual comes through. There was literally no one whatsoever, not busy at all, and yet I still got cold food- incompetence, carelessness, fast food isn't a great job, but warm food is the bare minimum expectation. Not the first time, and not the last if simply replying to this review is your solution. Please for the love of the county of Cullman, all surrounding areas, and all highway 65 traffic, retrain your staff.

  Took over 13 minutes to get my order which was only four hash browns two sausage burritos and a medium Dr pepper. The line stayed back up while we waited in the pickup spaces. It has never taken that long to get my food at the Dodge City McDonald's. I was very disappointed

  I’ve been coming here fairly regularly for about a year, I live a few miles down the road. Consistently the burgers don’t have dehydrated onions, even when asking for extra. Worse than that is Carrie, the runner for carside. She constantly gives the wrong bags to people, doesn’t double check to make sure all items are in the bags. Always acts like everything is an inconvenience her. Cops attitudes towards people or down right ignores them. Even when patrons give thanks, despite mistakes that were made on carries behalf, Carrie just walks off. She will drop bags on the tables. I have watched over this past year all the mistakes she’s made to myself and others. I cannot fathom how management has allowed this to continue. It needs to be addressed or she needs to be replaced.
