The young man was vaping while taking money through the drive thru and then I received my order wrong. I’m traveling today and this took an unnecessary 30 min out of my trip.

I’ve watched the only cashier leave the counter and walk around in the back talking to coworkers while the lobby was full of people waiting to order. I had to get their attention to see if they were taking orders or not. On today’s visit a young man walked in and said he’d been waiting in the parking lot for 40 mins for someone to bring his apple pie out. I don’t know what’s going on at this place but THEY SUCK!!!
