I order on the app and I constantly have 10-15 minute wait out in the parking lot while they work on my order. I get quarter pounder NO CHEESE so EVERY TIME my fries are ice cold. Apparently its difficult to take the cheese off so my fries sit and wait.
Not heading back for awhile. Maybe they'll get it together!

I'm a dasher. On average I stand in line for 20 minutes. Today I stood in line for 27 minutes with no help and the manager rudely told me someone already picked up the order (I'm assuming by mistake) Completely unhelpful. I lose so much money because of them. And I hope it gets dealt with. This is the worst restaurant I have to deal with by far. And they just shouldn't even offer doordash because of how incompetent they are.

Traveling we stopped here, after ordering our food thru the drive thru we were told to park in spot one. About 5 mins later a lady came out and said my manager said we don’t have burritos would you like something else. No, I’ll just take a refund. Proceeded to wait 15 more minutes for her to bring out a full refund and none of the other food we ordered 🤦🏼♀️ absolutely terrible
