With no other options people are forced to go through with full carts. I went through and asked the employee in charge of the self checkout station for a complaint form and they don’t have any. Where is our customer service? Safeway is Kodiak’s only dedicated grocery store. But they are not dedicated. Kodiak has too many people trying to shop to only have self checkout available. Self checkout has its own unique duty and when used properly is a super time saver. Do you go into the ER to be your own doctor? Put Kodiak people to work and get registers open with real live people!!!! Quit letting the people who are paying your paychecks do your job!!! I certainly don’t get paid to do your job, higher prices and have to do your job?! You must expect me to do your ordering and stock your selves too. Get better Kodiak Safeway - Do Better
