When we got up to the window the staff was super rude and claimed they were about to take our order, even though they hadn’t bothered to take 5 seconds to tell us the lane was open when we were asking the speaker box. Didn’t appreciate his attitude when we were simply confused since he didn’t know how to communicate. Then the other McDonalds location we went to was closed even though it said 24hrs. Not sure if it’s the same management but they sure don’t seem to have it together.
