I haven’t been to McDonald’s in a long time and decided to go today. Big mistake. Found multiple pieces of hair in the cheese on my burger so ended up wasting money because I was not going to eat that.

So much for it being open 24 hours..came there at 1 am and they had the drive thru closed off with a bunch of employees just standing around outside smoking cigarettes and vaping

This location seems to have all the excuses for why it's not open early in the morning. Yet they are in there getting paid for doing nothing. Claiming they have to many inexperienced employees to open the door or drive thru. This affects delivery drivers and customer. This causes drivers to cancel orders that affects the acceptances rate on our apps and can get us kicked off our jobs. We work hard to accept all orders so we can keep our jobs and get better paying orders. The customers don't understand why this store can't get it's act together. This is greatly inconvenientcing our military customers as 99.9% of our orders are for them. It's sad how unprofessional this store has been.

I walked in and the smell was so bad I immediately decided I'd rather go to North Pole play house. I tried to just get through it but it literally hurt my stomach breathing in whatever smell that was.

I should thanks this location of McDonalds. The drive through is so slow and the food is so meh with the prices that continue to climb that during my most recent visit for happy meals with the kids I had a major epiphany that the whole experience is absolutely not worth the time and cost investment. I had enough time to sit and ponder (45+minutes with only 6 cars ahead of me originally) to imagine how much less irritating it will be next time to stop and grab a few groceries, likely for less cost. Then take home and cook, for a faster, healthier, overall much better experience.
Thank you McDonalds, Fairbanks. This experience you have given me has allowed me to address my life in a more positive way. I will never spend another cent at your locations. If I’m really feeling lazy and must partake in a drive through there are additional options in town.
