Another car pulled up to the other drive-through lane and they started taking their order. After multiple attempts of trying to get their attention through the speaker, alerting them that we were there and no one ever answered, no one ever acknowledged our presence, we then drove to the first window and told the girl there what happened. She left came back with the manager and the manager said well that doesn’t matter to me. You can just go ahead and pull around the line and try it again. Never attempted to help us at all. Will not be returning to this location for an extremely long while. This is Management failure at its finest. Zero customer service.
