- EFElena F5 days ago2.0I’m very dissatisfied with the service I received from this location. I ordered online for pick up and drove across town for 25 mins just to pick it up. When I arrived at around 8:30pm on Sunday 11-16-2025, most of the staff was mopping and taking amongst themselves. I had to speak up to get the attention of the woman that was mopping in the corner. I told her I ordered online. She only asked for the name and tossed the order down on the counter, then went back to mopping. I told her “Have a goodnight,” and was ignored. This was the second time I received poor service in the last year from Smash Burger. I don’t usually complain, but this time bothered me. The atmosphere was really cold, vibe wise. I’ve worked in customer service, and I know what it’s like to deal with the public…..you don’t have to be all happy or smiles, but the unfriendliness and disregard was not okay. The food was pretty delicious and I appreciate being about to use a coupon, but the atmosphere needs work.

Fries were kinda warm, Brussel sprouts were sub-par, no straws,, we asked about our order and a very rude older lady with long hair told us if we ordered chicken it would be a while and walked away. I really liked this place, but probably won't be back. Lots of other customers were very irritated. Very sad, the people that run the store during lunch are great.
