They need to call to confirm the delivery before actually dropping it off. Instead they take it back and cancel the order when they can’t follow directions. Specifically this location, the manager proceeds to provide excuses and as a customer, I don’t care. “We’re short staffed. Only two of us working. She’s cooking the pizza and I’m working the front.” Now I’m $50 down, no food, and the refund is 3-5 business days. Thanks Pizza Hut. Rather order sicilys. Shitty pizzas but at least they get my order right and delivers.
