    Terrible, the orders placed through the phone are sent to a customer service center that isn’t even in the country. The physical store location doesn’t even answer their phone because they mess up orders so frequently. Order from literally anywhere else.

    Ordered one large pizza…. One topping. Delivery never came. Third party delivery - door dash - left me three different numbers and nobody ever answered a text. Someone finally answered by phone and said they handed it to me. When I tried to call the store - no answer seven straight times. Unbelievable.

    The worst experience ever. Ordered for delivery. Delivery driver brought the wrong food. He said he would contact the store. Never heard back ,they never brought the right food and of course they won't even answer the phone to make it right.

    I walked in to pickup my order and you would've thought you was walking into a club with the hip hop music blaring, the young man that was working wasn't wearing any gloves or hair net

    Couple of their employees that have come and gone have caused problems but their regular staff has always been great. Its a bad location and the employees deal with a lot of "undesirable" people. Quality and service are typically excellent here.
