Weekday night and the weather was a little more extreme than normal. So the restaurant was a bit quieter than usual. Steaks were on point, ribeye and Queen's filet. Both medium rare and well seasoned. Service had the right pace to enjoy dinner and small talk. Overall a solid business dinner. Definitely will be back.

Called for a group reservation for 13 several days in advance. When we arrived the staff told.us that the reservation hadn't been written down and they would not accommodate us, even if we waited.

Outback…I’ve given you over a week to respond, take action, notify me and just plain correct this incident. Here’s some background in case you’ve forgotten. I dined in your restaurant on Thursday December 3rd approximately 6pm. I ordered the 6 ounce sirloin, steamed broccoli and French onion soup. My friend had just a loaded baked potato. I ate what I could of mine, asked for a box, paid our tabs and left. The next day I heated up my leftovers for lunch, sat down in my office to enjoy my leftovers. Except I wasn’t dining alone. I had friends as you can see in the video and picture. Thoroughly disgusted; only had a bite or two the night before. When I cut open my steak these worms started moving on my plate. I bagged up my leftover steak, finished my day and went straight to the restaurant. Upon arriving I quietly asked for the manager. I was told she was busy and couldn’t help right now. It was only after 3 requests she finally came out. I asked if we could talk in private and was told the lobby would be just fine. I proceeded quietly showing her my steak and described what happened. Her nonchalant response was to take my steak, asked for my phone number and said it had to be”Go up the corporate ladder and it would be 7-10 days for any action.” No apology, no worry just took my leftovers and went back to work. I have never given a bad review but this one is well deserved. Outback, I have spoken with my doctor, am ready to begin oral medication as a preventative measure. Why? Because I ate a portion of a parasite infected red meat from your menu. I certainly hope you took action that minute by clearing out the meat in your walk ins. Maybe you did, maybe you didn’t. My guess is you didn’t. Did anyone else order steak that evening, get sick? I will NEVER dine at an Outback again. Disgusting. Do better.

Food was SOOO GREASY! I am a connoisseur of Dinner Style / Not so healthy food. But this was TOO FAR! My Burger seemed to be coated in a grease or maybe butter? Fries were fine as far as fries go, needed a seasoning or something. My Wife's steak was also pretty greasy and unhealthy tasting. We tried the signature Bloomin' Onion. While I REALLY LIKE ONION RINGS this was over greasy. The waiter / bartender was a very nice guy and suggested menu items. He was the best part of the experience. Atmosphere was solid, I liked the "Down Under" Theme . However the place was nearly EMPTY. This style of party/ very unhealthy food may have worked well in the 90s, but it seems out of place here in 2025. I'm not saying everything needs to be health food. But both my wife and I left wishing we hadn't eaten here. This place needs a MAJOR menu adjustment or I'm never coming back.
