There were no other customers at the time and the lobby was closed, so I don’t understand how such simple mistakes happened. Very disappointing experience, especially since I specifically customized my order through the app

The sign mentions daily sanitation cleaning at 1 & 5pm everyday but I beg to differ. The same trash, debris & food is under the tables, along the walls and all in the play area the same as it was when we were here a week ago.
