Over the years my family and I have gotten, and this is not a comprehensive list, cold fries (many times), cold burgers, cheese on burgers ordered without cheese (many times), onions + pickles + mustard on burgers ordered plain (many times), a "cheeseburger" where they forgot the burger, and a number of other problems. Today was cold fries, a cold burger, and, oddly enough, a middle bun used as a bottom bun. They weren't out of bottom buns. The other burgers had them. 🤷
