- SMS McMasterSep 11, 20221.02024: Food just does not change. Management must not care about their food they deliver. I only go there when im wayyyyy to lazy to do anything else and I'm already at Wal-Mart. 2023: Food temperature has NOT changed. Still cold to lukewarm. You ask if the fries are fresh; they always respond, "Yes, they make sure" lie. 2022: I have been to many McDonald's and this one has been one of the worst ones I have been to. I have also been here multiple times (at least 5 separate times) for trial (and hunger) sakes. Each time, my food was lukewarm. I would complain about my food being lukewarm. The staff did not seem to care or to assure me, my food was as fresh as I could get. Have not been disappointed in a McDonald's in a very long time.
