I had the WORST customer service experience ever at this location. I arrived this morning and waited 40 minutes to process my transaction, but it was not completed. I needed my husband to come back to finish the process. While waiting, the staff suddenly began assisting another customer without informing of the issue causing my delay. As a result, I ended up being late for work. I was told to pay the entire amount or I needed to WAIT AGAIN but was given excuses about problems with both insurance plans. What a frustrating experience! I will never return to this place again.
