  All the tables were dirty. I ordered extra pickles (they gave me two) and extra lettuce (they gave me barely any). Food didn't look like it did on the menu.

  293097 Crossiron Boulevard, Balzac, AB T0M 0E0 Around 7-8pm I went to this store , I ordered at this location, and to be honest I was disappointed with what the crew did, I ordered a 3 happy meal , McDouble meal and two fries coupon … she gave me my order one by one instead of using C bag she used A Bag each of my order . First she give me the 2 small fries , free for claiming coupon and she used A bag , second she give me my two happy meal ,the happy meal box it’s not properly closed so I fixed it , 3rd she gave me one large fries using the A bag , then she asked me what else was missing in my order and I said the McDouble , she said , she already put in the first bag I said “ no , I can’t McDouble “ then she saw the McDouble in her assemble table , then she put into another A bag ( it’s total of 3 A bag ) . Then she gave me the 3rd happy meal , she gave me without closing the box . I myself arranged my order , it’s really rude … She didn't put the three chocolate milks in the drink tray . And she gave it to me seperately . Like she looks like lazy ..when I ask her for a big bag I was expecting that she hand me a delivery bag instead she gave me a pancake bag it’s winter… she need to know how to fold the bag if they she serve the order to keep the food warm . When I said that my smoothie was missing, she had a receipt in her hands , but she still asking me what’s the flavour of my smoothie , and when she gave me the large smoothie strawberry banana , it wasn't full, it was almost half full, I told her if this is the large smoothie strawberryhe said "yes, that's standard", I said that it wasn't standard, it looks like it was almost half, she even told me it comes from the bdap , I answer her “yeah I know but it’s not full “ She took the smoothie from me to add more when she came back, she insulted me by saying "is that right"? Very rude they should give her a disciplinary actions … You are a crew, you should know what’s the right attitude specially if it’s your fault , i paid my order in a nice way and you give me the worst service . The food is warm because i have been waiting for almost 15 -20 minutes . Check your cctv so you know how bad is your service .. You don’t serve food properly . Thanks !

  If you don’t like mayo don’t come here they seem to add it to every product even if mayo isn’t an option on the ingredient list. I very rarely stop by and get my correct meal. Employees are 50/50 whether you get good service or straight up attitude even if it was their mistake. Quite disappointing that I usually never get my correct food and that there is ALWAYS mayo or lettuce added to my food
