We went to the window and the man in there waved us to the next one. Xyril was at the next window and was angry at us for not ordering at the speaker even though she wouldn't let us talk and she continued talking over us when we were trying to order. Maybe give people a chance to actually order before getting yourself into a bad mood over your own actions. We ended up waiting in a lane for our food and it took a few minutes for the food and they were overcooked and dry.

Two orders of breakfast burritos with a handful of salsa. The girl "I can only give you two extra salsa" Myself "OK charge me extra" The girl " we don't have a button for it" Myself " I never had this issue anywhere else. I'm just asking for a handful" The girl " I can get you the manager" Myself "please do thank you" Manager " we only give two extra salsa" Myself " can I get a refund?" Manager " yes" I would like someone to take action on this. I don't think I did anything wrong on my part. I rarely leave a review good or bad. I just don't have time but this time I went out of my way to write a review. If it goes under the radar, it will happen again and not get fixed. Poor customer service or policy. I would like to hear back what happens if not, I'm never going to McDonald's again
