- AKAna Kovalenko5 days ago3.0Last weekend I needed to order meals for 8 people. I love Montanas ans this was my first thought of a place . I called them around noon asking for a take out , 8 meals of a beer rib with baked potato and been and I also asked if they could put some side sauces which they were happy to do and gave some suggestion for flavors . I asked it to be ready for 5.30 pm. Around 3.30 I called and added a full rack of pork ribs as one of the guests could not eat beef and the lady over the phone said she added it to the order. I can to pick up the food and naturally I won't be checking 9 meals for accuracy..I was in a hurry to get home and feed the people, also , when you pay alot of money you don't expect to check the accuracy of the order.. When I came home I discovered that not only they forgot to add the sauces I asked for but they also forgot to give us the pork ribs which was horrible as I had to quickly figure out a place and order some chicken wings for the person who could not eat the beef . As I said, I love Montanas but this was a bit of a disappointment for me . Make sure to check your take aways The beef was delicious

Payton, our server, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and made up for some disappointment in one of the two meals that was not up to the high standards we have experienced in the past. Very tasty meal. Unfortunately they didn’t have the sirloin and the substitute striploin was subpar. Highly recommend the few extra dollars to substitute the steamed vegetables; so good! Thanks, Payton, for going beyond to making it right!

I thought it smelt off when I opened the bag but I thought it was maybe from the onions. Nope the steak was rancid which I only figured out after eating a few bites it started to taste like sour milk! Very disappointed and feeling ripped off, also praying I don’t spend the rest of my trip sick now from this!

We ordered several hundred dollars worth of food. Every order was correct and everyone enjoyed their lunch. On day 2 we tried a second restaurant in the area and they cancelled our order right before lunch so we ordered from Montana’s on Day 2. The order arrived within the hour. They were amazing..I would highly recommend.
- RLRaven LuminangNov 7, 20251.0yeah, the girl infront is the worst, we went there hoping to dine in (we are 5) and the girl said the waiting time for big table is an hour (also partially our fault for not calling for a reservation) so we opt to order "to go", and I also asked again if they happen to have an available table if we can sit and she said the same thing, but when a group of new people came the girl said the same thing but when they saw an empty table inside the guy asked if they can sit and voila! the girl said she can have them seated!! they are also walk in's like us. so ... (we are asian and the other group is Canadian, but we understand)
