That was yesterday, June 16, 2025 at around 7:30pm. I got a notification in my email that it is ready (waited 15 minutes) so I went inside as it says “ready to pickup”. The guy who is preparing it said “10 more minutes” then after that I came back, I asked if it is ready he never respond at all. I repeated my question 3x but he is the phone talking to someone? He did not wash his hands at all after that. So I waited for another 25 minutes. So when it is ready, he said it is not yet paid but I paid it tru online. So I need to check it again and took me like almost 1 hour there. The other customer before me had the similar problem. I wasted my 1 hour there. Not sure if the food is clean as well.
