About 09:30am Oct 28th went through the drive through and ordered a bacon n egger combo with 2 hash browns and a coffee. Get to the first window to pay and after payment the young fellow asked if I ordered "a coffee, hashbrowns and a muffin?" I'm thinking "muffin?"... no i didn't order a muffin (like chocolate chip muffin or something) so I say, "no not a muffin a bacon n egger sandwich." He then rudely snaps back "that's what I said!" And then slams the window shut. Now yes I know, a bacon n egger is on an English MUFFIN, I'm not arguing semantics, it was a simple mis communication but I was very calm, friendly and his attitude was very unprofessional and unappreciated.

We went to the drive thru and we talked to Ashley. She was very nice and patient. She had a voice that was very easy to understand over the intercoms. Since it is not always the case, I thought I would make note of it.
