- RKRajneet KaurDec 29, 20251.0This was the worst experience I’ve had at McDonald’s.On the evening of December 28, a lady working there called my order number and then told me to wait 5–10 minutes because there was no cream at the front and she did not want to go to the back to get it. Getting the cream would have taken barely a minute, yet instead, she said she would complete other customers’ orders first, even though they ordered after me. Watching others being served while I was made to wait was extremely disrespectful and frustrating. This showed poor customer service, poor time management, and a complete lack of respect for customers. I will not be returning to this location.

As much as I like open spaces, this isn’t very private as right by the door so everyone coming and going gets to see you eat (there are a few more private tables).
