Waited 4.5 minutes to receive the coffee. Was served by 2 different people after being asked at windows what I ordered. Manager gave me coffee. When I asked for manager to complain; that's when individual told me they were the manager. Will stay with Tim Horton's for better customer service! Manager was rude and didn't care as she was too busy visiting with the other lady to serve me originally.

The small piece of meat was tasteless and the fries were not fresh. So basically I paid $18 for a pair of socks. I am no longer a McDonalds customer. No more chances with my hard earned money.
