But when we got our food, the burger only had two. We went back to the counter, and the staff kept insisting that our order only came with two patties. After a long back-and-forth, they finally realized it was their mistake. But instead of making a new burger, they just put one patty into a McChicken box and handed it to us, asking if we could accept it. I was honestly shocked. At every other McDonald’s in this city, if something like this happens, they always remake the whole item. This was the first time I’ve seen such poor service and such an unprofessional way to handle their own mistake. Really disappointed with this location.

The lady that was working there had 0 customer service skills and apparently can't make a burger???Ordered a double quarter pounder BLT and received a McDouble with no ketchup, no mustard, extra pickles and extra onions WHEN WE DIDN'T EVEN REQUEST ANY MODIFICATIONS. The patty was dry and had no flavour. Waste of money and time!
