  Best pharmacy ever. The pharmacy staff are attentive and caring and try to help. They also have prescribing pharmacists to help you get needed refills if you can't get into your doctor. The pharmacy manager is the most amazing man i've have ever dealt with, he is a true healthcare professional as he cares for the people who need help and goes above and beyond to ensure they receive it. They need to be able to get more stars, because 5 isn't enough.

  This is one of the best retail outlets in Lethbridge, AB. There is something unique about London Drugs that makes you feel special each time you walk into the store. Customer Experience: This store offers competitive pricing and will price match Amazon and other Canadian retailers. Why? Because they want their customers to be able to shop with the convenience of not having to worry about 'missing out on the best pricing'. Customers at London Drugs are treated like a member of the family. If it's taking the time to have a full blown conversation with a customer about an unrelated sales matter, to helping them find the perfect present or item they are looking for, they ensure their customers' needs are met. Quality of Service: When you first walk in the door, you are greeted by customer service and sometimes a Cart Cleaner/Loss Prevention Ambassador. Everything is clean and kept above OHS standards for COVID. Returns/Price Matching: If the price changes on a product a customer purchased, they can bring their receipt back into the store to have the difference refunded back to them. The returns policy at London Drugs is equal or superior to Costco. They will take back almost everything and sometimes after quite a long time! They offer in-store rainchecks on items that may sell out quick, so that you can come back later when they have stock and still get the price that it was on sale for! Managers/Associates: This store is managed by 3 individuals. Chris, Melody, and Nicole. Each of them are probably some of the best retail managers in Southern Alberta. If more stores hired managers that care like these ones, you'd have a superior customer service experience everywhere you go. I hope to be half the man Chris is one day. In the mean time, if you're looking for Cosmetics to Electronics, and even an in-store pharmacy, this is the store you want to shop at.

  The pharmacy did not care at all about my condition or what was wrong...cared more about the fact I wasn't wearing a mask.

  The pharmacy staff have gone above and beyond throughout the years to keep me inforned on my parents care. To apply for any subsidies and to be on top of their dosage. Super thankful as I am across the country.

  I highly recommend this store and their pharmacy over 40 years I have shopped in London drugs in BC and Alberta ,Great customer service clean and very organized and their pharmacy ppl are very helpful and amazing.there standard's are very high.Thank you London drugs for many years of great shopping.
