I’ve never encountered such appalling behavior at a restaurant. The managers at this McDonald’s were downright rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic human decency. They treated customers like a nuisance, responded to simple questions with attitude, and seemed to take pleasure in being unpleasant. It’s unbelievable that people in charge of a business could behave this poorly. I left feeling disrespected and angry. Unless management undergoes serious training in courtesy and professionalism, I will never step foot in this location again—and I strongly advise others to stay away.

Horrible. Went through the drive through and used points to redeem a McDouble meal and upgrade the fries to a large and the total was $0.53 not a problem. Added a 2nd order all is good. I get to the 1st window and looking for my phone to pay. No greeting of hello or nothing just a pin pad in my face. I pay for both orders and as I pay for the 2nd one I resize I’ve been charged for the entire price for the 1st meal. I ask the guy at the window about it and he doesn’t speak… I drive to the 2nd window and pull up my banking app to make sure and I did get charged the full meal. The lady called over the manager and she was as helpful as a bag of potatoes. She says there is no order on her screen because I paid, said she can’t do anything about it other than give me a coupon. Horrible management skills and customer service skills. How hard is it to do a refund and just put it on points. There is no one behind me and I could’ve went inside to do so no problem. After leaving and getting home I go to take a sip of the fruittopia from the 2nd meal and it’s basically water. Like how do you not notice that when pouring the drink… horrible staff
