  I rated the atmosphere a 3 simply because I wasn't inside at all but generally speaking it's around a 3 for me for the ones I have been in.

  Drive thru staff are a little snappy. Only got my wrong once. Inside the atmosphere is hectic and stressful.

  I understand that today is probably busy for you, but the cleanliness was less that satisfactory. Where you collect napkins and ketchup was disgusting! 🤢

  My boyfriend has food alergies so i know what i order every time as it is spacific. It has to be PLAIN. i wouldnt write this if this was a one time occasion but it is not, and now i would not recomend this mc donalds if you have food spesifications that need to be met. even if its as simple as ordering something plain. December 17th 2025 aprox at 12:30am i orderd at the drive through i heard the woman on the speaker and imidiatley knew we were going to have issues, as again as ive said this isnt a 1 time instance with her. I cannot give you her name because unlike other employees there, she dose not wear her name tag. That is quite infuriating as i would love to report her behaviour. I ordered a plain burger and some drinks nothing much. I say plain and she says ok and just to be sure i repeat myself. Plain? Again yes. This happened last time as well. I actually last time asked a total of FOUR times if it was plain and each time i got yah. Yah. This is 100% the same woman infact i could point her out in store shes done this to me not once not twice but three times. Actually i have gone in there and pointed her out before, And the manager appologized on her behalf and said theyd correct her. Well you havent. I get my food today and its NOT PLAIN. I say this was supposed to be plain and each time without fail, not just today she argues with me on what (i) ordered. even though i ask her multiple times is it plain. Today she took the burger and not just tossed it in the garbage but forcfully threw it strait down with an attitude. if you have cameras in there reveiw the fottage and you will see i do not axagerate this. She then had another young lady with glasses and curly hair pass me the correct food after waiting 10 more miniutes in the drivethrew, she was polite i must say. It is only the one employee dark strait hair with a recognizable rude voice who does not wear her name tag. Im very upset with service tonight and i the driver was nothing but polite to that rude woman. Why show your frustration like that to customers i understand one off day we all have one were human after all but again this is now the 3rd time shes done this to me spacificaly.

  This is literally the worst McDonald's in Lethbridge! I have been there every day for the last three days and there is always something they don't have in stock when you order on the app. Rather than turn the item off in the app , you are forced to get a refund at the window, which after three people working you might get one that knows what they are doing. They try every time to offer a dollar coupon for the missing item even though it was a $5 item. Language barriers are an issue as well. Such a shamefully run location. McDonald's needs to readdress the franchise as the owner clearly doesn't care about how the business is run!
