  They get the order wrong almost every time. We even had raw fries once. Raw fries. It’s on a timer for crying out loud. We have to pull apart every burger to check if it’s right. By the time we get the right order, the rest of the order is cold. I suppose it’s our fault for not giving up on them.

  Absolute worst McDonald's I've ever had the food is atrocious the service sucks the drive-thru line takes over 15 minutes to get your food..

  There was no one behind me in drive thru yet I was sent to the parking spots to wait for my food. I joined two other customers who had been waiting 15 min for their drive thru order. We went inside to see if our food was sitting there and maybe they were busy and hadn't brought it out yet. Nope it was like they had completely forgotten about the drive thru orders. There. Was also a man who had ordered 20 minutes before I did inside the store and was still waiting. Owners of this McDonalds need to make their store better.

  Absolutely disgusting customer service. Disgusting old food, did not seem to get my order right even though I waited almost 25 minutes for it. Called the store to solve the issue, and the response I got was “what was that?”. Didn’t listen to a single thing I said, if you want to waste your money, then I highly recommend. I had a large fry missing and replaced with something I didn’t pay for and do not like, the large fry I got with my other meal, was about half empty as you can see and stone cold, and when I was offered all my drinks, they missed a cup, so I let the girl know. She looks at me like I have no idea what’s going on. Like I don’t know what I ordered. It was like pulling teeth dealing with this location.

  I am normally not one to drop a star on my rating scale, but today is the day I do. I have had lab prepared McDonald's fries at mcain, that are prepared to industry specific oil tempetires, times and even colors, they use a spectrometer. So I am well qualified to tell you what fries should taste like, feel like and smell like. More often lately I have had underfried fries, fries that taste "green" (chemically tasting from under-ripened potatos) and missing order items entirely. I do believe this establishment has a fairly frequent staff rotation as most are attending the university, so all the best to you, unfortunately this has been a repeat offence situation, leading to me dropping 2 stars, you have not satisfied the minimum requirements for a restaurant at your level unfortunately, I try and visit other McDonald's when possible, or if need be I'll visit your establishment on less busy time periods as I have best chances there.
