Overnight manager needs more training.

Don’t expect you drive thru order to be correct or that you will randomly have to wait 10-15 minutes in the drive thru to get your order. It has been improving but it is along ways from being what I expect from a McDonald’s.

Yeah, I’ll gladly accept a larger fries for the price of a smaller one, but at midnight when you’re giving me a mc wrap and you’d mess it up, I’m extremely disappointed in that. I wanted a ranch crispy chicken and you give me a buffalo spicy chicken wrap?!?! Truly disappointed in this. I’d give a no stars, but that’s not a choice, so you get a 1 star, I’d even go as far with a negative star, with how many past bad experiences I’ve had with this specific location, but this night has definitely pushed me to making a review because cried a little about me wrap. As well as how long my food took to be gotten. To be getting the bag after I had pulled into the front for it.
