Designed as cheaply as possible with only profit in mind. It completely negates customer experience. Can't even complain about your order as the kitchen is now hidden away out of sight.

Service was terrible - workers were flustered and rude and didn’t communicate. After 25 minutes I wanted to just get a refund but no employees were visible/accesible. They were all out back. When I did finally get my order, there was no smoothie with it and I had to insist I paid for one before they’d even look at the receipt No option to order from a person, had to use a kiosk.

I mean like seriously! Couldn't tell me sooner! And management is awful! She didn't even come to talk to me! I'm literally being frustrated, ignored, and disrespected my time! If you can handle the store, replace the management staff or close the branch!
