Ugly renovations with plywood walls. No condiments available as theyre all hidden behind the counters now. No pop refills either. Designed as cheaply as possible with only profit in mind. It completely negates customer experience. Can't even complain about your order as the kitchen is now hidden away out of sight.

*Edit* reading other reviews people are saying fairway Macdonalds said they can't make profit on fries so they do not make them after a certain time. Which lines up with my experience.

Waited over half an hour for our order for 3 people. (3 drinks, 2 breakfast sandwiches and some hash browns) 2 of the items I ordered were out of stock/not ready (mango smoothie and tater tot hash browns) and there was no communication about this.
Service was terrible - workers were flustered and rude and didn’t communicate.
After 25 minutes I wanted to just get a refund but no employees were visible/accesible. They were all out back.
When I did finally get my order, there was no smoothie with it and I had to insist I paid for one before they’d even look at the receipt
No option to order from a person, had to use a kiosk.

It's horrible, I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and all I got is just one of my items! After 20 minutes she came and told me the cappuccino machine is broken! I mean like seriously! Couldn't tell me sooner! And management is awful! She didn't even come to talk to me! I'm literally being frustrated, ignored, and disrespected my time!
If you can handle the store, replace the management staff or close the branch!
