Right on the menu, it says "try with oat beverage" with regards to lattes and capuchinnos (for people who are lactose intolerant). Going through the drive through we were told that was not possible. I go into store and read it clearly as day on their menu to "try with oat beverage" ?!? I'm getting exhausted by the inconsistency and unprofessionalism at this location my spouse was forced to settle with a small black coffee, which she threw out at the garbage entering tim Hortons just down the street, where she got her lactose free hot drink. McDonalds is missing out on business and positive reviews like the one tim Hortons just got
