    Jan 9 2026 , Drivethru 12:25ish. Lady at the second window was absolutely miserable! I asked for ketchup while she handed me my drink, she just looked at me for a few seconds and closed the window. Opens window, gives me my food and closed window. Open bag no ketchup!! Unreal service!!

    Some mobile order errors happened so I went in store to clarify. Staffs are so friendly and flexible. They are smart and work hard to make my order right. So appreciated for their efforts especially store manager Nathial and cashier Janet. The order system sucks but I am so happy to see staffs there are so quick-witted and sweet.

    No one at the counter for 20 mins,but orders to skip or doordash or drive through but no customer help. Why cant you staff this place. Its wild how bad this place is and no one could care less. Its crazy how this place operates

    Bought breakfast here and didnt even eat it. The burritos were rock hard and everything else was very mediocar wont be coming here again
