I often ask staff to have someone come to the counter, and then still continue to wait. Initially, I wasn’t satisfied with the situation, but the manager, Matt came to the rescue & listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to resolve the issue with providing some alternative complimentary steaks. Hope in future they can be more reliable on those special order steaks. Anyways thanks again Matt for hearing me out and saving the day, the steaks were delicious.
