Just wanted to say that the Halloween decorations at all the Fort McMurray locations are super messed up for kids, especially the one in Gregoire. There's like, gore,blood and trash everywhere inside. You guys are supposed to be all about kids and families, but it's more like an adult horror show, and my kids won't even go in. Seriously, someone needs to rethink this. Maybe the manager has some stuff they need to work through? The owner should do something about this dumb decision. Kids usually love McDonald's, but not this time. We even wanted to have a party, but some parents aren't down with it.
- CLCrystal LongSep 18, 20251.0Came for family night. Games were on tables and were being abused by teenagers. Teenagers were being extremely inappropriate, and loud and vulgar. Not a staff member around. When I made a complaint to the staff about the teenagers throwing things and harassing me while I was trying to eat.. I kid you not all the staff did was say "ok" and smile and continue to work ignoring me completely. So I threw my food out and left Sad that they allow teens to run rampid, destroy property, harass people and they dont say anything about it. 0/ 10 for good experience
