    Pharmacy is slow... they have quite a few employees but for some reason just unable to process effectively so I ended up transferring my meds to Costco who are faster and have less expensive fees

    I have used this pharmacy loyally for almost 10 years now. I have continually added new prescriptions with an original on file no issues. Today I was informed that having a new prescription added voids the older one according to their policy. It's ludacris that they would do this and not inform a person ahead of time. Or filled the remainder on the old one before adding the new one. Or just simply tell me to hang on to my new prescription until I am done with the old one. Pretty simple right? Nope they just deleted it. For a person who works full time and a family Dr. that requires a visit during said work hours to renew prescriptions. It means lost time and money for me, thanks to London Drugs. I have put up with ridiculously long wait times, them trying to slip regular instead of genetic medications that I always get at extremely inflated costs. Continual high turnover of staff. Now this? It's sad a decade of business doesn't even grant you the simple courtesy of information. I'm no longer willing to take my business here, I've had enough. I don't recommend anyone else starting.
