The blond Pharmacy helper was of no help. Too busy working on the computer to help a customer.

I went to this store's pharmacy at 6:40 on Jan 23, 2023. The pharmacist there, an east asian woman with black long hair, was the rudest person I have seen at any store. I asked if they could refill medicine for us. After thinking at the back for one minute, this rude woman came back and talked to us in a loud and rude tone, with a stern face, in the most uncivilized way, as if I wanna steal their medicine from her. It is okay if you couldn't do that for me, but why talk to a customer and patient like that? Obviously she has no empathy, no customer service, no professional ethics at all, thus not qualified as a pharmacist. She should retake professional ethics 101. Someone needs to retrain her or reteach her professional ethics & customer service sense, before she can talk to a patient. She really ruins this drug store's image. Will never come back to this store again

The worst experience at a pharmacy ever. The pharmacy tech was so rude as soon as I entered. She was being arrogant and ignorant at every query of mine. While waiting for the pharmacy, everyone in the store was chasing me. That was so annoying. Won’t recommend ever. Worst behaviour and customer service.

Worst pharmacy experience ever, go here if you want to see one of Edmonton’s finest examples of bureaucratic indifference and incompetence . Wonder pharmacist ‘katy’ refused to sell my wife an over the counter prescription until we waited 20 minutes for her to do ‘the paperwork’. She had the bottle in her hands and was reading the instructions off it. We took back the prescription paper and went down the street to superstore pharmacy where they sold it to us right away after showing the doctors prescription, in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I always have a good experience in store but I find calling in off the Google page frustrating as I call in my prescriptions only a few times a year, and this is how I find phone numbers of businesses I call. If you hit call and a 944 number pops up be prepared to wait a good ten minutes and some awful hold music until a customer service agent finally answers your call. Happened a few times now, and again great service in store but you need to change that number please. I mentioned this to the pharmacist, she asked what number I was calling off of and she said they knew and it was a problem with the line but she didn't know it was on the google page. In conclusion, Please fix this so I don't have to wait for nothing and I will change my review once a proper number has been added.
