The blond Pharmacy helper was of no help. Too busy working on the computer to help a customer.

I went to this store's pharmacy at 6:40 on Jan 23, 2023. The pharmacist there, an east asian woman with black long hair, was the rudest person I have seen at any store. I asked if they could refill medicine for us. After thinking at the back for one minute, this rude woman came back and talked to us in a loud and rude tone, with a stern face, in the most uncivilized way, as if I wanna steal their medicine from her. It is okay if you couldn't do that for me, but why talk to a customer and patient like that? Obviously she has no empathy, no customer service, no professional ethics at all, thus not qualified as a pharmacist. She should retake professional ethics 101. Someone needs to retrain her or reteach her professional ethics & customer service sense, before she can talk to a patient. She really ruins this drug store's image. Will never come back to this store again

Stay away from this store. I purchased a heating mat, that would not shut off and I was scared that it was going to start a fire, so I tried to return it. The man GEO would not listen to me, and he was more interested in looking at the instructions. He took it and refused to give me my refund. I had to contact the customer support line, since GEO was the manager that evening. I almost called the cops to have him charged with theft, but the manager the following day made sure that I got a refund back and she gave me a $50 gift card because I was so upset, and as an apology. I talked to someone else and this person had problems with GEO as well. I've actually asked for GEO to be fired. They also refused to fill by boyfriends prescriptions. But the final straw was when we went to get our vaccine's they cancelled our appointments, we were originally told that their computers can double book, the first person that hits the submit button is actually confirmed, but the second one is confirmed but its not on the list. I was eventually told that the pharmacist cancelled our appointment when she meant to cancel someone else's appointment. The gift card went to someone else and I will never ever step foot in another London Drugs as long as I live. We actually found a far better pharmacist. I feel that if you have bad experiences with one store of a chain they are basically all the same. I do hope that GEO GETS FIRED.

Good staff and good prices keep me coming back. They aren't the most expensive pharmacy either, unlike Rexall.
