  My friends and I went out for dinner recently and had Don as our server, he was probably the best server I’ve ever had! He was quick, paid attention, and was very kind. Brought boxes when he had realized we were finished, kept the breadsticks coming, got us some drinks to try, and more. The food was good as well, it was hot when it arrived and tasted good as well! Don was honestly the best part though (also the free breadsticks)

  Server Amy B absolutely destroyed the mediocre service as it is. Second bowl of salad she pre cheesed it without asking. She wanted to close the tab early so she could go home, and became very abrupt after that. Asked for a 2 go container and then was met with a very loud response that the salad cannot be taken as it is against policy, but that she will make an exception this one time. Hate that excuse!!! She demeans the customers - not just our table but another table as well. Her attitude stinks, and ruined the entire experience! Tried using a BIRTHDAY offer as was there for birthday lunch for my guest. As it turns out the offer was an American OG offer, which we realized when we left. Her response was no it's invalid - obviously you forgot you previously used it. Like really? Try to embarrass us like that? Lol why not just tell us it is an American offer and not valid in Canada. She only seemed to treat one table in the area nicely out of the three that I noticed. Horrible experience! Food is blander tasting - should offer spicy alternatives. They used to have a spicy three meat sauce in the build your own pasta, but not anymore.

  It was a weekend therefore It was busy, had to wait 20ish min for our table. Place was tidy but could use bit more cleaning since they had carpets. Food was good, menu was easy to navigate. Soup was good so were the mains. Didnt have to wait long periods to get the food. Our server (Akash p) was great, friendly and very energetic. All in all good experience, would recommend this place, prices were reasonable too.

  We were very impressed with their allergy awareness! If you mention any sort of allergy the manager comes to chat with you to make sure you’re making safe choices. As the parent of a toddler with allergies, this is AWESOME. The staff were all very kind and attentive.

  Extremely disrespectful behavior!! Went there and asked for seating. My friends were to join me in sometime and the manager kept asking if I am alone. I kept telling that I am waiting for someone but she was rude. Then finally they seated me but I overheard them whispering that I would have to pay even if I sit there!!! Very unpleasant, left the restaurant immediately and went to another one for dining.
