- GCGeneva CDec 31, 20251.0Workers are all to busy to pay any attention to people in front of them. Needed a washroom key, couldnt get anyone to look up from what theyre doing, nobody at the till. I called out (politely of course, why be rude, theyre just working) but no help at all. They need more staff. If you want to eat you have to use the kiosk. I had to go so badly when my food was ready I had to pack up my kids and myself and go to the walmart washroom. I couldnt even stay to eat. Half of the seats are always closed off around supper time anyway. Any time I have gone to the washrooms here they have been utterly disgusting. This location is my least favorite to go to. I dont know why I still do, honestly.

Get to the window im missing items i ordered. Lady looks at us and said well i only charged you for one. But i ordered 2. Gives me a disgusting look because i ordered 2 then hands me my food and slams the service window close in my face. Please tell your workers to quit rushing people through the drive thru and actually take the right order down. If you cant service me with a smile at a fast food place please look for a different job. Will change review if there is actual change in service here. Not impressed please take the time to get the order right the first time.
