  Outstanding Experience at Shawarma Palace, Walden! Shawarma Palace in Walden has easily become one of my favourite spots in Calgary. The food is consistently fresh, flavourful, and perfectly seasoned - whether it’s their chicken shawarma, platters, or garlic potatoes, everything tastes authentic and satisfying every single time. A special shout-out to Unni, who truly elevates the experience. He is incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming, and his customer service stands out every visit. Unni pays attention to details, serves with a smile, and makes sure you walk out happy. It’s rare to see someone put so much heart into what they do - he genuinely makes Shawarma Palace feel like a place you want to keep coming back to. The restaurant is clean, the portions are generous, and the value is great for the quality you get. If you’re in Walden, Legacy, Chaparral or anywhere nearby, this spot is absolutely worth the stop. Highly recommended!

  Shawarma Palace in Walden is serving truly amazing food. So fresh and Cooked to perfection. Fast and efficient service Mr Farid the Store manager definitely giving a great service and his performance was outstanding. Thank you for the great service and giving good memories. Definitely we will return and spread the word among our friends.

  These people go out of their way to give you the best food and service they can. As soon I step in I’m greeted with warm smiles and hello’s. I order the chicken plate. For a look extra treat I’ll get a veggie samosa. So good! Servings are generous and the attention to detail is suburb. I love the food! The platter is big enough for me for two satisfying meals. Farid has always gone out of his way to make sure that everything is satisfactory and if not he fixes it. So hard to find good conscience service these days THESE PEOPLE DO IT RIGHT!!! Thank you guys!!!

  The food was bursting with authentic flavor — every bite was perfectly seasoned and fresh. The chicken shawarma was tender and juicy, the garlic sauce and sweet sauce was out of this world, and the portions were generous. A special shoutout to Farid, the chef, who clearly puts his heart into every dish. You can taste the care and passion in his cooking — everything came out hot, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Farid truly made the meal unforgettable! Somaso is really good too!
