After a,year of being traumatized nt security staff and Kirsten now i honestly ran out of fuel and can't deal with people that could care less about their shoppers. I loved going there; it's in my building. When I first went to Save-On Foods, where I spent about 1500 a month so i say im a good customer with history shopping there. 7 years so being followed everywhere in store is not fair and on top of it have kirsten customer service supervisor staff dismisiing me and hanging up on me I was literally targeted and bullied by The security staff. And Kirsten after 7 years going there i dont think i deserve to be followed like im a criminal They followed me everywhere, every aisle, which was pretty aggressive.i know they have a job to do . But I have a life to live too and i love food and shopping..You can't shop peacefully being followed every aisle that's not a job doing that's bullying . I'm a 51-year-old, 5ft 6in trans person, so I understand that this can happen, but it can cause me trauma. And counter productive for saveon..After a year of not going there, it occurred again on my third visit. I tried to contact Kristen, asking her how I can shop there peacefully. She said they follow everyone around every aisle, and security has a job to do and follows everyone Ithen why have cameras . have never ever seen this following everyone bs. .and she hung up on me 3 times , I had a previous incident with their security staff consistently harassing me a year ago. She knows what they do, but claims they follow everyone, which is not true. , . Even if they don't care about people's feelings and the importance of a good shopping experience, it's sad. It's one of the things I love, and people like her are damaging to businesses and customers. In the past five years, I've been harassed six times, and it's sad. I know I'm different in my ways, but I have a threshold too. . I won't go there anymore and not soend 3000 for abuse trauma and wrecking my self worth and be dismissed like trash I'm out of fuel with them, especially her. Taylor is awesome, and Emily at the pharmacy is too. As a manager and supervisor, qualities like compassion and empathy should be part of their skills and passion for peoples concern specially supervisor customer service associates Come on, I'm a trans, 51, 5ft 6in person; goibg there 7 years like me , what threat can I be? A supervisor who dismisses me like garbage wow ., I don't deserve this. I'm different, so i guess it is what is. about people like me.we attract that kind of energy So, it's like that. IF YOU READ THIS..ALL TX for anyone listening to my experience IT HELPSme figure out what I did wrong ..if I can save people from people like that, and grab a lessin in people again I'm doing something right. I literally give up.on this establishment. that kind of experience . 😪🙏🏻Good luck at Save-On.
It's just like a bad apple can ruin the whole batch just saying. My opinion .
