I had refilled my prescription online and when I came in to pick it up she told me you can’t refill prescriptions online and she had no idea what I was talking about, despite the fact that I have done it several time. London drugs then called my father (even though they had my number) several days later to ask why I had not picked up the prescription I ordered online. Every time I have to interact with her at the pharmacy is awful. She speaks to you as if you are gum on the bottom of her shoe. I hate to leave a poor review since all the other employees here are wonderful and helpful.

There is often a small line to pick up prescriptions, but it's rare that I have to wait more than 5-10 minutes. They have a decent selection of various different products, and prices are close to that of other stores in the area. But they very often have multiple sale items on good stuff (food, snacks, coffee, tea, medicine, toys, electronics, etc.). I would recommend this London Drugs
