It is not at all. She was kind and did make me a sparkler when she saw she was wrong but to avoid future incidents pls educate your staff!

When I reminded the lady behind the counter that I ordered CHEESE... ...she said... "It melted". Wow! I left the hot dog with her and walked away. I have had many Orange Julius hot dogs with CHEESE... so not impressed I won't be back. And to add to the annoyance, I paid cash and she did not offer or give me a receipt so I could not submit the complaint on the Orange Julius website...
