I picked up my order this morning 9:10-9:20 am (order # 2597) The girl who took the order does not understand English or deliberately mocks the customers. I had to dictate the order number 3 times and the first two she opened a new order and added incomprehensible positions. When I drove up to the window to pick up the order she laughed in my face and discussed it with another employee. Not the best morning experience that will leave an impression of this place and in general about the envy of McDonald's.

Today I went to McDonald's to pick up my order at 6 pm and it took a long time. Despite my repeated requests, this Filipina girl gave me the order again, after I had made a mistake, she also gave me a thumbs down because I had asked her repeatedly. Now she wants everyone who comes upstairs to skip the food to do the same. This girl often does the same thing. So the owner should be a little strict with these people. The customers like us too. We don't care about these things, but they are not ashamed.😡😡???

Most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been to. A homeless man sleeping on the floor. The washroom is disgusting, I was disgusted and left. How do you let a homeless man sleep on the floor and not even see it. You don't check the washrooms to make sure there clean, tidy, and safe for customers. Absolutely disgusted and never coming back to this Mcdonalds.

BRODY - Terrible experience. The employee named Brody was unbelievably rude and arrogant, completely lacking basic manners and respect for customers. I’ve never been treated this poorly at a McDonald’s before. The attitude was unacceptable, and McDonald’s really needs to do a better job training their staff. Very disappointed. Brody lacked basic etiquettes and manners.

I get to the drive thru to order and before I even get a chance to order there is homeless drug addicts banging on my window for food or change. After that fiasco I move quickly up to the window to pay. Great speed and efficiency. THE FOOD IS GARBAGE. My muffins are rock hard clearly days old. The breakfast sandwiches were not what I ordered… being efficient is good. Get the order right or it’s meaningless. I go here every morning. Not anymore. If I wouldn’t have made me late for work I would have returned every bit of it. Do better. Or at least hire people who care.
