I ordered large diet coke and the manager is giving me medium diet coke. i told her that we ordered large but she is insisting to give the medium and she is very rude the way she talk to us saying that it is your order. When i told her that we ordered large not medium she walked out and dont care about us waiting there at the drive thru. very poor service, she dont deserve to be a manager there. She should under go training first on how to handle those situations. if they punched in wrong order of medium she could've ask if we would like to just pay the difference to get the large instead of walking out and looking at us like it's out fault. she is very very rude and rolled her eyes to us. if there is 0 star to rate a service i'll definitely do that.
