    I experienced a horrible customer with this location. Essentially, I waited nearly an hour for an Uber Eats order before receiving a call to notify me that McDonald’s would be unable to fulfill my order, as they had stopped serving dinner and had moved into breakfast operations. I was then informed that breakfast would be my only option and was pressured into trying change my order. I responded and told them I didn’t want breakfast, and politely asked the employee at McDonald’s to cancel my order. The employee then responded telling me there is no option to cancel, and then when silent. After some weird and awkward pauses, I politely asked them again to cancel my order and proceeded to end the call. Later, the Uber driver called me back saying that McDonald’s was refusing to cancel the order and as such he begged me to cancel the order, so he could leave. I told him I didn’t want to cancel because I didn’t want to be charged, but he and the McDonald’s were adamant that it was the only way everything would be resolved. Long story short, I ended up cancelling the order, so this poor Uber driver could leave and still be compensated, but sadly, I’m out $15 for an order I never received. Plus, all the time I’ve waisted trying to deal with this horrible customer experience. Essentially, I’m just saddened that this error had to fall on the customers shoulders.

    I read the review from a week ago about a cold restaurant. Well, I can confirm that their HVAC system is still down. Instead of keeping the system off, management in their infinite wisdom decided to keep the system on and blow cold air into the dining area. Making not only the employees cold but the customer as well. Then telling me that they are at the mercy of the HVAC technician. Sounds like poor management prioritizing profits over people.

    Your staff is great but it is FREEZING in here. Why is it so cold? Why is the staff room ice cold too? Treat your staff better.
