    Instead of hiring inexperienced young brats that don’t even know what they are doing or even communicate with each other. Please hire professional people or at least trained ones. This bank is getting worse by the minute

    I went through the few reviews here and I had to speak up where this bank is concerned. I have been doing business with FIB since at least 2017 and I have never had any complaints. The staff has always worked with me and has been extremely kind, professional and understanding. The current bank manager, Tara Dollison is extremely easy to work with. Always willing to discuss any issues and very understanding. I have no problem seeking her out in order to make sure that my banking issues are resolved in a timely and orderly way. There is a lady named Kim who works the counter and she has been there since I became a customer and she is one of the best people there. She has a great sense of humor and is fast and efficient. FIB is one of the best banks that I have ever had the privilege of doing business with and I am glad that I discovered them. Keep up the great work guys, it is greatly appreciated!
