- APAlpine PaintingJul 2, 20251.0Hells Fargo is the WORST bank I've ever dealt with! Absolute horrible customer service, whether they are in Riverton or on the phone. Tried having my credit union call them to verify the check they didn't answer after 5 calls. I drove to the bank and they told me it was going to be 10 bucks to cash the check. I said no, since you guys cant answer the phone and there is 4 tellers and zero people in the lobby, and I had to drive over here I want it cashed for free. No go, no way to waive the fee, told me to go back to my bank and call again, low and behold they didnt answer. Absolutely unacceptable. This is 1 of 100 reasons why I closed my business and personal accounts with them 10 years ago.
