Threatening to pull business and personal accounts was only reason it was fixed (took a month). While depositing business and personal accounts, telling made us show ID, while two other customers inside and other drive through customers were not asked. Employee turn over is unbelievable! Definitely changing to another financial institution!

"Service unavailable, no account information found" especially on weekends. We live in a digital world where hackers are better than ever and it's terrifying the amount of accumulated time I'm unable to see or access my online banking. Every other aspect of this bank is "normal", but this one aspect alone may be enough for me to switch banks.

I can't tell you how many times I've come to his bank and gotten ignored for over 10 minutes in the drive thru when I was the only person there.. It seems like the Google opening and closing times arent always correct yet there's nothing on the building or drive thru that tells me the hours.. It shouldn't take me 3 days of attempts to finally get helped by someone.
