- TTTunaloaf1Aug 18, 20231.0The people are great but in a couple places it fails. They don't open until 9am, the close at 5 so I'm unable to visit them after I get out of work at 5pm. They are also one of the only banks not open for a short shift on Saturdays which is infuriating, when I finally get a chance to get to the bank they aren't there.

- MMMeghan MonahanOct 10, 20141.0One of the bankers calls me "Little Lady" whenever I went into the bank. I have also overheard the tellers making homophobic comments geared toward other customers. When I scheduled an appointment and showed up 10 minutes before the appointment, I was told that someone else with the same first name just came in and they didn't realize it was meant so they let her go ahead and I would have to wait a few days to come back. I scheduled a new appointment and when I arrived I was told that they were running behind and ask if I could wait around an hour or two.
