- VPvaleriy pinchukJun 3, 20251.0I needed to make a bank transfer because my account has a limit. I called customer service, they told me to come to the bank before five in the evening. I am a truck driver passing through here. I took a taxi and arrived at the bank at 03:55, stood in line, went to the cashier, she said - yes, we can do it. But I needed a banker for the code, and she was busy on the phone. I waited some more. The banker didn’t came and said to cashier that, - no, sorry, we still have a lot of work today, we can't do it today, although the bank was empty, I was the only client. What happened to American customer service? And I remembered I was here a couple of years ago in this bank and I was also not served
- DKDavid KormanJun 2, 20252.0They have really frequent ATM issues here. You have about 50/50 odds of having it be in order when you come to the branch. Then of course they don’t have enough actual tellers to help. Pretty disappointing

I go there the next day to withdraw it And then apparently it just straight up vanished from their system originally they tried giving me excuse saying oh we'll checks take some time to clear And then I showed them my transaction receipt showing that it was cash And then they said oh well it might take a couple days to get the issue fixed apparently all their transactions from the day before were having a "computer glitch" which means I am now out of my house My rent was due today And it was the last day before notice of eviction would be sent just because I put my cash in a bank where I thought it would be safe I am now going to have to find a new place to live because of a "glitch" and a "sorry we're waiting till the issue gets resolved" Not only that but I had my card stolen a couple months back And I had to get a new card . And apparently that breaks however long you've actually been with the bank till that point you get that new card. I tried applying for a loan And they said sorry you haven't been with us long enough Even though I've been a customer since 2003 . But apparently all that time I was with them just a vanished because my card got stolen and I had to get a new card. Do not bank with Wells Fargo. ESPECIALLY this branch.
- JSJacob S.Jan 12, 20164.0Manager helped me when I had problems with my account since I was no longer meeting the minimum direct deposits for my account and was able to switch me to an account with lower minimum direct deposit amounts. She even reversed all of the monthly fees I accrued before I switched my account. Manager is great, bankers can be hit or miss.
